What is the check-in time?
Check-in time is 1 p.m. daily but in some cases, we do allow early check in depending on the availability of the room reserved. Just please inform us in advance about your flight itinerary so we can make the necessary arrangements.
What is the check-out time?
Check-out time is 12 noon. If your flight is later during the day, you have the option of storing your luggage at our front desk. Late check out may also be arranged in some special cases but this should be discussed with the front desk staff upon check in.
Do you allow smoking on property? How about inside the rooms?
Our pension house strictly imposes a no-smoking policy inside the rooms. This is to keep odor and fumes out of the room, and also to ensure the safety of our guests. However, for guests who wish to smoke, you may do so in some designated open areas in the compound, such as in your lanai.
Do you have Wi-Fi internet access? Is it free? Do you have Wi-Fi inside the rooms?
Yes, we provide Wi-Fi access free of charge. However, rooms located far from the front desk have limited signal. For guests staying in these rooms, we suggest that you use your mobile internet devices near or at the lobby.
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
We provide a free shuttle service to and from the airport. One of our staff members wearing a Balay Inato Pension House uniform will pick you up at the airport and transport you to our pension house. Just kindly inform us of your flight itinerary prior to your arrival.
Now if you’re feeling a little adventurous and would like to get here by yourself, you can hail a tricycle and pay a fare of P8 per person. Travel time from airport to Balay Inato Pension is 2 to 3 minutes.
Do you offer free shuttle service to and from the airport?
As mentioned in the answer to the previous question, yes we do. Round-trip airport transfer is included in the accommodation rate.
What is your deposit policy?
To secure your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the accommodation. We have the following payment methods:

What is your cancellation policy?
We have a cancellation fee, the amount of which depends on how early the cancellation is made.
25% of deposit fee for cancellations made 5 days before date of arrival
50% of deposit fee for cancellations made 3 days before date of arrival
No refund for cancellations made on the date of arrival
Do you require ID/passport upon check in?
Yes, we require both local and foreign guests’ valid identification card and email. Foreign guests are also asked to present their passports upon check in.
What age do kids stay for free?
Children ages 12 and below are free of charge given that they will share beds with their parents or adult companions. If you wish to add breakfast, we have a kiddie breakfast available for P125.
Do you have a restaurant? What are the opening hours?
Yes, you’ll be glad to know that one of the best restaurants in the city is nestled within our premises. It’s open from 10 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Click this link to know more about Haim Chicken.

Can I have my pet stay with me inside my room?
We are pleased to inform you that we do allow our guests to bring their pets inside the rooms.
Yes, we offer a special group rate.Our full house can accommodate 40 persons, and we chargeP530/person/night. Rate is only applicable to a group of 40 persons. Please take note that all our rates are fixed but we do give consideration to big groups given that there is a prior agreement.
